We now own our 5th Honda vehicle, a Pilot and unfortunately had tire trouble on a trip to Cedar Point. We put a temporary plug in which got us a couple hundred miles to this area. We stopped in and saw Robert, who scheduled an appointment and verified they had new tires in stock for us. We returned a few days later and had to wait for new tires, but walked over to Berardi's for an early lunch, which was a favorite restaurant from a previous vacation to the area. Work was completed in about 2 hrs or less.
Honda did all that I ask and more. Thank you Honda. Staff is courteous too and free drinks while you wait. Cold or hot I like that.

Everyone here was so helpful in getting my first new car! Roy especially took the time to go over everything, made me feel completely informed and went over all the details meticulously. Stopped at several dealerships today to look at vehicles. Was a little stunned that at most of my stops the sales person was cold and unhelpful. Spoke to Roy Mercurio at victory Honda. He was the exception. Extremely kind low pressure super happy to answer my questions and help me. He was the rare exception. Haven’t made the decision to buy a vehicle yet but I would certainly encourage anybody out there Who wants to have a positive car buying experience to stop at victory Honda and ask for Roy
Overall Informative, Pleasant, & Satisfactory. But disappointed with the detailing of the vehicle. Interior under the mats was very dirty and an area on the lower portion of the passenger side door that we were told was dirt that would come off is a section of very noticeable scratches. Basically seemed to be a very hastily done job.
Very satisfied with sales staff, manager and finance. All worked well together and answered any questions.
